二、叶绿体的结构和化学组成 　　叶绿体由叶绿体膜（被膜）、类囊体和基质3部分构成。 ?(A) A wheat leaf cell in which a thin rim of cytoplasm containing chloroplasts surrounds a large vacuole. Plaskitt.) 　　叶绿体膜双层单位膜即内膜和外膜组成，内外两层膜之间为膜间隙。 外膜通透性大，许多化合物如核苷酸、无机磷、磷酸衍生物等均可透过，因此，细胞质中的大多数营养分子可以自由进入膜间隙。 内膜对物质透过的选择性较强，是细胞质和叶绿体的功能屏障。有些化合物如磷酸甘油酸需由内膜上的特殊载体转运。 叶绿体的主要成分是蛋白质和脂类。
