隆鼻手术后硅胶假体外露原因分析 　　[摘要]目的：探讨隆鼻术后假体外露的原因提高手术效果。方法：对19例鼻假体外露患者，手术取出假体修补缺损，根据假体外露情况分析假体外露的原因。结果：19例患者中，11例假体由鼻尖穿出，5例假体短臂由鼻小柱侧缘切口穿出，2例经鼻背皮肤穿出，鼻小柱1例。6例再次隆鼻，效果满意。结论：假体的雕刻，放置的位置，剥离的层次以及严格的无菌操作是关系到手术成败的关键原因。 　　[关键词]隆鼻术；假体外露；外科；整形 　　[中图分类号]R622 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）15-0012-02 　　Abstract： Objective To investigation the cause of implant exposure after augmentation rhinoplasty operation for improve operation effect.
