Mechanical Torque Calibration　(译：机械校正力矩) During this procedure the operator will install the torque calibration fixture(Torque arm) and block the servomotor from rotating with the locking fixture. Once this is done it is then possible to proceed with the menu prompts for mechanical torque calibration. It is important that the weights are not installed until prompted. 译：在这个过程中操作者将会安装力矩校正装置(力矩臂)并使用锁紧装置阻止伺服电机旋转．一旦这个工作完成就可以继续进行机械校正力矩根据菜单提示．直到提示，重物未被安装这点很重要． Once the mechanical simulated load menu is entered, the tester’s internal gearbox will be automatically engaged. This will allow the calibration software to measure the signal from the torque sensor and “Zero” the force created by the weight of the torque arm assembly. While the torque arm is suspended with no weights installed, it is important to adjust the level of the torque arm. It is recommended to preload the arm during the leveling procedure to ensure the force vector is perpendicular with the horizontal. Once this is complete, the program will prompt for installation of the weights. Once the weights have stabilized, (stopped moving) the operator will enter the weight in kilograms and click ok.
