松江区新桥镇中小学生健康体检分析 　　摘 要 目的：了解中小学生健康状况，为今后制定防治措施提供可靠的依据。方法：对松江区新桥镇3所学校的2 650名在校学生进行健康体检，并对体检结果进行分析。结果：体检检出的常见病为龋齿、视力不良、营养不良、肥胖、沙眼，检出率分别为29.47%、13.43%、12.14%、9.53%、1.68%。结论：应加强中小学生龋齿、视力不良、营养不良、肥胖、沙眼的防治，并将培养学生良好卫生习惯作为学校卫生工作的重点。 　　关键词 龋齿 视力不良 肥胖 中小学生 健康体检 　　中图分类号：R179/R194.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）04-0060-03 　　Analysis of the findings of the health examination of the students in the primary and middle schools in Xinqiao Community of Songjiang District 　　WU Qiang， ZHANG Chunmin 　　（Xinqiao Community Health Service Center of Songjiang District， Shanghai 201612， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To understand the health condition of the students in the primary and middle schools to provide the evidence for making the measures to prevent and control the diseases in the future. Methods： Two thousand， six hundred and fifty students in the three schools in Xinqiao Community of Songjiang District were physically examined and their findings were analyzed. Results： The common diseases found out in the physical examination were the dental caries， poor vision， malnutrition， obesity， and trachoma， whose detective rates were 29.47%， 13.43%， 12.14%， 9.53% and 1.68%， respectively. Conclusion： It should be strengthened to prevent and control the dental caries， poor vision， malnutrition， obesity and trachoma for the students in the primary and middle schools and cultivation of the students’ good health habit is taken as the focal point of the school health work. 　　KEY WORDS dental caries; poor vision; obesity; students of the primary and middle schools; health examination 　　为了解松江区新桥镇中小学生健康状况，进一步做好学生常见病、多发病的防治工作，新桥镇社区卫生服务中心于2014年10月辖区内2 650名中小学生进行一般健康体检，现将结果分析报告如下。 　　对象与方法 　　对象 　　选择3所学校共2 650名学生进行健康体检，其中小生1 840名;中学生773名。 　　方法 　　按照《上海市中小学生健康体检实施办法》的要求开展体检。检查项目包括：身高、体重、外科（皮肤、脊柱、四肢）、内科（心肺听诊）、视力、色盲色弱、沙眼、龋齿等项目。检查前对参与体检的医务人员进行培训，统一标准。身高、体重采用人体身高体重测量仪检测。 　　结果判断标准 　　体检方法依据《2010年全国学生体质与健康调研工作手册》执行，将2006年9月1日-2007年8月31日出生的学生视为7岁，以此类推。视力判断标准为双侧视力均在5.0以上为视力正常，4.9以下为视力不良。营
