移动业务信息系统面临的风险与防护措施浅析 　　【 摘 要 】 由于移动业务信息系统将管理终端以及业务终端延伸至移动智能终端上，这使得信息系统的安全威胁来源又多了一条路径，即接入的移动终端自身的安全以及移动终端访问业务系统过程中的安全，而实际的等级保护测评工作中测评机构还是按照常规的等级保护测评方法，如主机安全仅限于PC操作系统的配置安全和数据库的配置安全，网络安全也仅限于使用PC访问业务系统过程中的数据传输安全和访问控制等。论文根据移动业务信息系统的新型安全威胁，从网络安全、终端安全、应用安全、数据安全、安全管理等环节对移动业务系统下安全风险和防护工作进行要点分析。 　　【 关键词 】 移动业务系统；移动智能终端；信息安全 　　Discussion on the Mobile Business Information Systems Based on Risk and Protection 　　Hu Ya-lan 　　（The Third Research Institute of Ministry of Public Security Shanghai 200031） 　　【 Abstract 】 Due to the management and business terminal extend to the mobile business information system， it makes a new path of the security threat sources of the information system. That is the security of the mobile terminal itself and the security of the mobile terminal when accessing to the business system. The traditional classified protection evaluation work by the evaluation institutions is according to the general classified protection evaluation method. Such as the evaluation of hosts security only is limited to configuration security and database of configuration security of the PC operating system， network security is limited to data transmission security and access control when accessing to the business system by PC. Based on the new mobile business information systems security threats from network security， endpoint security， application security， data security， security management， and other aspects， this paper gives the of the rating analysis protection work in mobile business systems. 　　【 Keywords 】 mobile business information systems；mobile terminal； information security 　　1 引言 　　随着全球信息化进程的不断推进，我国政府机关、金融行业、军队等各部门也在进行大量的信息系统的建设，这些信息系统的部分已经成为国家重要的基础设施，甚至关系到国家安全、经济命脉和社会稳定。因此，信息系统安全问题已经被提升到涉及国家安全和国家主权的战略性高度，引起党和国家领导以及社会各界的关注。经党中央和国务院批准，国家信息化领导小组决定加强信息安全保障工作，实行信息安全等级保护，重点保护基础信息网络和重要信息系统安全。 　　目前，随着3G、4G、WLAN以及移动智能终端技术的迅猛发展，移动智能终端设备在政府电子政务、警务办公、执法系统、金融交易等业务信息系统中使用的越来越普及，业务系统办公的移动化需求也在不断增长，移动业务信息系统已经是一个不可逆转的趋势，但目前的等级保护评估工作的都是基于常规的计算机终端和服务器，而对移动业务信息系统中的移动终端
