HPLC法测定蓝莓中鞣花酸含量
摘要:目的建立蓝莓提取物中鞣花酸含量的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱条件ODS HYPERSIL C18柱(100mm ×4.6mm, 5μm),柱温40℃,用CH3OH-EtOAc-KH2PO4/H3PO4(0.05mol/L)(体积比44∶2∶54)作为流动相,检测波长为254nm。结果鞣花酸在0.318~μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.99902。平均加样回收率为,RSD为1.%。结论本方法精确可靠。
