Special requirements 10 Functional characteristics The modulating control system on GA90-500 / GR110-200 (see Figure 1) consists of: a control valve (GA90-315(*): Atlas Copco part number 1615 7257?00), (GA315-500(**): Atlas Copco part number 1621 2719 00), (GR110-200: Atlas Copco part number 1621 9130?00), a bleed-off nozzle with a diameter of 1 mm (Atlas Copco part number 1614?8266?00) (GA90-315(*) and GR110-200) or with a diameter of 2 mm (Altas Copco part number 1621 2723 00) (GA315-500(**)), a throttle valve with a pneumatic actuator GA90-110 : 1 x throttle valve 1614 9426 00 GA132-160 : 1 x throttle valve 1614 9426 01 GA200 : 2 x throttle valve 1614 9426 00 GA250-315(*) : 2 x throttle valve 1614 9426 01 GA315-500(**) : 2 x throttle valve 1621 2733 00 GR110-200: 1 x throttle valve 1614 9426 01 Figure 1: Modulating control system Control valve Nominal conditions 1.1.1.1 GA90-500 The control valve has one air input (see Figure 4). The nominal feeding pressure can be 7, 8, 10 or 13 bar or 100, 125, 150 or 200 psi. The set pressure of the control valve is manually adjustable between 5 and 13 bar. Turning the hand wheel of the control valve clockwise increases the set pressure.
