摘　要 随着我国市场经济制度的不断发展和完善，建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈。道路施工企业要想继续在这竞争激烈的环境中生存和发展下去，除了要树立质量意识，还要加强管理，提高自身综合实力。在市场经济条件下，建筑企业赖以生存的根本就是盈利。使每个工程项目达到利润最大化是企业管理的最终目标。而当前我国工程建设项目多、投资大，但工程施工项目的成本控制的研究和应用却相对滞后。因此研究项目成本控制对提高施工企业市场竞争力具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文在研究项目成本控制基本理论的基础上，通过对工程项目成本控制的现状进行分析，提出在施工项目全过程的三个阶段（施工准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段）实行成本控制，并建立一个以项目经理为核心，以成本控制为主要任务的成本控制体系。合理设置控制方法和目标，明确责任，并分解和落实到相关的责任单位和人员，完善施工项目成本控制方法，从而确保实现项目的控制目标。 最后，本文以道路施工项目为例，进行案例研究，对该项目的成本控制进行剖析，并将成本分析应用到实际项目成本控制中去，验证所建立的成本管理和控制系统的科学性、可行性和有效性。 关键词：施工项目；成本控制成本分析道路施工 Abstract With the continuous development of Chinas market economic system and improve the construction market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Construction enterprises want to survive in this competitive environment and develop, in addition to establish a sense of quality, but also to strengthen management, improve their comprehensive strength. Under the condition of market economy, the fundamental for the survival of construction enterprise is profit. To make every project to achieve the profit maximization is the ultimate goal of enterprise management. And the current construction project in our country, the investment is large, but the research and application of the engineering construction project cost control is relatively backward. So the research has very important practical significance to improve the market competitiveness of the construction enterprise project cost control. Based on the control of project cost of basic theory, based on the current status of the project cost control analysis, proposed in the three stages of the whole process of construction project (the construction preparation stage, construction stage, completion acceptance stage) the implementation of cost control, and the establishment of a project manager is the core, the cost control as the main the task of cost control system.
