WORK INSTRUCTION Title: Chemilizer Assembly Instructions Document: 411-068 Revision: 00 Date: 11/03/2010 UNCONTROLLED DOCUMENT IF PRINTED 1.0 Purpose This work instruction defines the procedure for the assembly of the HN55 & CP33 Chemilizer product. 2.0? Scope This work instruction covers: Assembly of the Chemilizer Pump Assembly of the Chemilizer Motor Packing into cartons Pump Assembly Verify internal components to Jaco Nut are present and place Label , Pump ID Label and on Pump Housing . Hand tighten Jaco Nut to prevent from falling off during shipping. Slightly coat O-Ring with silicone fluid then use tool to seat O-Ring at center of stem. Then seat O-Ring at end of pump stem. Use tool to seat 2 O-Ring’s on outside of pump. Using cutting tool, cut slot into disk, then slightly coat bottom of disk with silicone grease. Insert pump stem into Pump Housing by aligning tab on Pump Housing and Groove on Pump Stem. Place washed ceramic sleeve around Pump stem seal, then set disk over the ceramic sleeve and enclose using Pump Housing Cap . Diaphragm Assembly Lightly coat O-Ring with silicone fluid then seat O-ring onto Piston Guide . Install Piston Guide Insert by rocking tool from end to end. Slide Piston over Piston Guide then assemble with Piston Retainer & Diaphragm using 8 #8-5/8 screw 0202S-S003 in order sequence shown in picture. Lock Piston Clip onto Piston Guide with notch facing upward on Piston Clip. Motor Assembly Main Body Bottom Lightly coat O-Ring and O-Ring seat on Main Body Bottom and Main Body Top . Seat O-Ring into O-Ring seat on both Main Body Top and Main Body Bottom . Attach Label onto I/O Tee’s & 5036 opposite side of molded arrow on I/O Tees. Lightly coat 2 O-Rings
