河北联合大学轻工学院 COLLEGE OF LIGHT INDUSTRY, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 设计题目：设计一座公称容量为2×t吨的氧气转炉炼钢车间产品以板坯为主 学生姓名学 号：专业班级：学 部：材料化工部 指导教师：2014年月日摘 要 随着钢铁技术的发展，钢铁企业均向大型化发展，产品的开发也由低级走向高端。尤其是铁水预处理与钢水炉外精炼技术的广泛应用，提高了钢材产品质量，扩大了冶炼品种，并且促进了连铸生产的优化。此外，高炉和转炉的大型化，机械化和自动化的进一步提高，降低了生产成本，可以达到优质、高效、低耗的冶炼目的，也更有利于环保。板坯生产水平代表着一个企业的竞争力，本设计采用世界先进的技术和设备，产品为高品质、高附加值、高技术含量的精品板材，弥补我国市场空缺，替代进口，满足国民经济建设需求，而且有利于提高我国钢铁企业在国际上的竞争力。 通过本次设计，整体掌握炼钢工艺流程和车间工艺布置，进一步了解世界钢铁动态。 关键词：预处理；炉外精炼；板坯；先进ABSTRACT With the development of the technique of iron-making and steelmaking, iron and steel enterprises are on the road to the large-scale, and the grade of product is from low grade to high grade. In particular, the extensive application of technology in hot metal pretreatment and secondary refining improves the quality of steel products, expands the varieties, and promotes the optimization of continuous casting. In addition ,the scale of blast furnace and converter becomes larger and the mechanization and automation are further improved, which reduce production costs and make the smelting purposes of high-quality, high efficiency, low consumption can be achieved. All these are good for environmental protection. Slab production level represents the competitiveness of enterprise. The design uses the world‵s advanced technology and equipment, and the products are fine slabs with high-quality, high value-added, high-tech content, which not only fills the vacancies in china′s markets, substitutes the import and meet the national economic construction demand, but also be conducive to improve the competitive power of china′s iron and steel enterprises in international competitiveness. Through this design, I will master steel-making process and workshop process layout, and furthermore understand the world steel dynamics.
