Famous British ：steak kidney pie（牛肉腰子派）,English fish chip （炸魚排）, chicken ALA king（皇家奶油雞）and so on. Britishers love chevying, 狩獵 ,once a year,many restaurants may provide game meat feast 野味大餐 ,such as venison（野鹿）, hare（野兔）, pheasant（雉雞）, wildsheep（野山羊）.when cooking game meat,ping nut and acinus 浆果 are useful to wipe off the fishy smell of the food.  Britishers are particular about breakfast. British restaurants provide various of dim sum 点心 ,among which the famous ones are Victorian style, Porridge 麦粥 , marmalade 果酱 ,coffee… …Nowadays the popular high tea 下午茶 is all-embracing,it includes sponge cake 松糕 , charlotte 水果布丁 and sandwich.
