Objective :目标
It is the policy of hotel deliver the luggage to guest room upon arrival in an efficient and timely manner.
确保客人的行李能够快捷地送到客人房间。
Procedure :程序
Upon guest arrival, the doorman should open the door of car, welcome and greet the guest with a friendly smile.
当客人到达酒店时,门童要帮助客人打开车门,有好地欢迎客人
Door man and Bellman should unload the luggage for the guest immediately.
门童和行李员要及时帮助客人取下行李。
Count the pieces of luggage and reconfirm with the guest and ensure that no luggage is left in the car.
计算行李件数并与客人确认并确保没有行李遗落在车上。
Bellman should tie on the Hotel Luggage Tag immediately.
行李员要及时将行李牌挂在行李上。
