沙县天成纸业生产废水处理工程工艺设计 中文摘要 再生纸废水排放主要来自制浆部分的洗涤废水，污染物主要包括半纤维素、木质素、细小纤维、无机填料、油墨、染料等，对环境的危害日益严重。目前，再生纸废水的处理方法主要有物理方法、物理化学法、生化法、化学处理法。其中，生物接触氧化在生化处理工艺中具有处理效率高，适用范围广，耐冲击，适应性强，没有活性污泥膨胀和污泥回流等优点，在污水处理中占有重要的地位。 本设计对沙县天成纸业的生产废水进行处理。通过参考一些成功的类似废水处理工程实例，针对该厂再生纸废水的特点，采用气浮-水解酸化-接触氧化工艺。该套工艺拥有工艺简单、占地面积小、运行费用低、管理方便、出水稳定等优点。气浮法将废水中的细小纤维、无机填料分离出，并作为原料回收，出水部分回用到造纸工艺中，实现了废物资源化。水解酸化和接触氧化去除污水中大部分COD及BOD5，设计出水水质可达到《制浆造纸工业水污染排放标准》GB3544-2008现有制浆造纸企业中废纸制浆造纸业水污染物排放限值。本设计对该处理站的各构筑物以及平面布置、高程布置进行设计和制图。 关键词：再生纸废水，气浮，水解酸化，生物接触氧化 Wastewater treatment process design for Shaxian Tianchen paper industry company Abstract The paper-reproducing wastewater, majorly generate from the washing wastewater in the process of pulping, which consisted of hemicellulose, lignin, fines, inorganic filler, ink and dyes, is becoming much more harmful to the environment .The physical process, coagulation-sedimentation process, biochemical process and chemical process have been used in the treatment of paper-reproducing waste water currently, from which, biological contact oxidation of biological process is wildly used with it’s high efficiency, impact resistance, kind adaptation, no activated sludge bulking and sludge recirculation . A wastewater treatment processing is designed for Tianchen paper industry in Shaxian by using gas floatation-hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation process in consult of several successful similar wastewater treatment processings, and the characteristics of the paper-reproducing wastewater of the plant. The processing contains simple processes, which is of less land occupation, less investment, convenient management and effluent water stability. By the process of gas-floatation fiber fines and inorganic filler particles are separated recycled as material , and the effluent can be reused in the paper making process.
