摘 要 本文详细讲述了电镀专用行车可编程序控制器（Programmable ControllerPLC）控制系统的设计，系统中行车的上升、向前、下降、向后等动作的自动控制，每一环节除了能满足控制要求外，还充分考虑了各个环节之间的互锁，包括上升、下降、向前、向后4个环节的互锁，以保证系统运行的安全。 本系统实现了电镀专用行车的上升、向前、下降、向后等动作的自动控制。当工人发出控制信号后，行车自动上升，并逐段前进，根据工艺要求在需要停留的槽位停止。行车停留在某个槽位上面后，自动下降，停留一定的时间，再自动上升并继续前行。如此完成电镀工艺规定的各道工序，直至生产线的末端，然后返回原位。 本系统由世纪星、可编程序控制器、计算机等软硬件组成，设计了一套基于可编程序控制器和世纪星的监控系统，完成了系统的可编程序控制器程序设计。 关键词：可编程序控制器；世纪星组态软件；电镀专用行车 Abstract What this article elaborates is the design of the Programmable Controller control system in the Special Traveling Crane for Electroplating. According to this design, the automatic controls of rising, advancing, dropping and retreating in the system can make the crane complete the demanding tasks automatically. Besides meeting the needs of control, each part put the interaction of rising, advancing, dropping and retreating into consideration for the reason of ensuring safe motion of the system. What the system achieves is the automatic controlling of the Special Traveling Crane for Electroplating movements, which consists of rising, advancing, dropping and retreating. When the worker sends out the signal, the crane rising up automatically, then moving in step and stopping till the reality demand carries it out. The crane drops automatically, when it suspends above one slot. After the crane pauses in the slot for a moment, it rises up and steps on. The crane accomplishes the working procedures which the electroplating craftwork demanded, till the terminal of product line, and then returns to the original position. This system is composed by Century star configuration, the Programmable Controller and computer software and hardware. A set of monitoring system on the basis of the Programmable Controller and Century star configuration had been designed.
