写作基础篇 语言篇 1 用词的生动性 中国同学写作喜欢滥用两个词，is 和make。首先前者的问题在于be动词是静态的，没有活力的，there be 也是如此。只有有可能英语表达中尽量避免而选用短小有力的动词，能使文章更有活力。其次来看make 的问题，make sb. do sth, 这个结构广泛收到中国学生们的欢迎，同中国表达对等。但是英语的词化程度较高，存在大量词语，一个单词的存在使得很多死于不再被需要。比如endanger使受到危险，disappoint, expose 使暴露，dismay 使震惊，convince 使信服，involve 使卷入，impress, fertilize 是肥沃，bewilder 使糊涂，group 使分成小组，wreck 使车船失事，cash 使变成现金，disqualify 使不能胜任。 练习一 要尽量避免be形式表达，尽可能选择表示强有力的行为动词，写出生动，简洁，有力，耐读和连贯的文章。 1 The Summer Palace is one of the biggest and oldest parks in China.
