不合格品处理规范 第 PAGE 1页 共 NUMPAGES 12页 不合格品处理规范 Nonconforming Product Control SOP 目的Purpose 为规范和处理不合格物料建立本标准，防止不合格物料非预期使用。 This document is to define nonconforming product control to prevent unintended use of nonconforming products. 适用范围Scope 适用于进料检验和制造车间的不合格物料处理。 This document is applied for nonconforming found in incoming inspection and production line. 术语和定义Terms and Definitions 不合格品（不合格物料）Nonconforming(Nonconforming material) 任何已购买或已生产的，不符工程图纸、标准或规范要求的原材料、部件、半成品或成品。 Any purchased or produced raw material, component, in-process product or finished product, which doesn’t fulfill requirements in the drawing, standard or procedure. 退货 RTV (Return to vendor) 将不合格品退供应商，仅限外购、外协原材料、部件。 Return nonconforming to supplier, only applied to purchased raw material or component. 返工 Rework 将不合格品返工成符合工程图纸、标准或规范要求的原材料、部件、半成品或成品。 Actions taken on the nonconforming so that it will fulfill the requirements in the drawing, standard or procedure 报废 Scrap 将不能接收或退回供应商或返工成本高的不合格品报废处理。 Scrap Nonconforming which can’t be returned to supplier or of high rework cost 让步接收/放行 Use as is 不合格品的一项或多项特性不符合预期要求，但不直接影响产品质量，或影响可忽略的，经过评估及授权人员审批后可对该不合格品让步接收/放行。必须在让步接受或放行的书面认可经过授权人的批准后方可使用或放行不合格品；对于不满足产品规格和法律法规要求的不合格，不允许让步放行。 One or more characteristics of the nonconforming don’t fulfill specified requirements, if they don’t directly impact the product quality or the impact is negligible, the nonconforming can be used as is after evaluation and approval by authorized person. For nonconforming doesn’t conform to specification or regulatory requirements, it should not be used as is.
