面粉中微量溴酸钾的离子色谱检测方法 摘要：本文建立了面粉中溴酸钾的离子色谱检测新方法，采用容量高、亲水性强的Dionex IonPac AS19阴离子分析柱为固定相， RFC30自动淋洗液发生器产生高纯度KOH为流动相。本方法的最低检测限为0.1mg/L。在0～1.0mg/L范围内具有良好的线性（r＝0.9997），加标回收率为95%左右，标准溶液相对标准偏差（RSD）为0.13％。 关键词：离子色谱，溴酸盐，AS19 Abstract:A HPIC method was developed for the detection of bromate in flour.The BrO3- was separated on an IonPac AS19 column and detected by conductivity detector.The method is sensitive,selective and effective,and can be rapidly and easily performed.
