The machine inherits the advantages of the original machine type and emphasizes the practicability and economical efficiency of the machine in design. The machine has such advantages as precision wire laying, high resolution, short drive chain, high drive moment, wide speed selection range and low noise. Due to use of advanced digital control technique in this machine series, it can perform data tracking for machine motion state and thus has the functions of forward and backward winding and forward and reverse counting, power-off protection, automatic stop, stop memory, winding position setting, positioning and fault prompt. In addition, the machine has many speed control modes for choice of users and the main shaft has stopping brake and self locking functions. It will not rotate reversely and freely during winding and will always maintain the pulling force of electromagnetic wire.
