高二语文备课组工作计划 刘仁成 承蒙学校领导的信任，今年初次担任语文备课组长，没有工作经验，本着学习的态度来开展今年的备课组工作，为了更好的完成本学期的教学工作，现将本学年高二语文组备课工作安排如下： 一．指导思想： 以语文新课标为指导，以学校本学年工作计划和语文教研组工作计划为参考，切实提高全组教师的职业道德修养、业务水平素质和教育教学能力，落实常规工作，夯实基础，增加课外阅读量，丰富学生的知识面，激发学生学习语文的兴趣，提高学生的语文素养，使学生具有适应实际需要的现代文阅读能力、写作能力和口语交际能力，具有初步的文学鉴赏能力和阅读一般文言文的能力，掌握语文学习的基本方法和技巧，养成自学语文的习惯，提高文化品位，发展健康个性，形成健全人格。总之，要继续推进高中新课改，落实新的教育理念，倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式，挖掘潜能，提高素质。 二、工作目标： 1、提高的语文素养，使学生具有较强的语文应用能力和一定的审美能力、探究能力，形成良好的思想道德素质和科学文化素质，为终身学习和个性发展奠定基础。 2、认真搞好教学研究，争取在研究性学习、校本课程开发方面取得进展，形成特色，从而不断提高教师的教科研水平。 3、继续强化协作互助精神，创建团结、和谐，充满创新与活力的优秀组，出色完成学校布置的各项工作。 三、工作内容与措施 语文组的主要工作配合教导处、教等室完成学校布置的各项任务。 1、教学常规检查。认真钻研教学大纲，精心制定教学计划，提倡共同备课。做好、2.教研常规。认真做好听课、说课、评课常规，并准备上好一堂公开课。积极创造机会走出去、引进来，取长补短，不断进步。 3、课题研究。课题研究 ，要求各位教师深入实践，调查研究， 作为我们今后教学教研的依据。 组织学生参加征文评选，力争多出精品。Learn General Secretary on two to learn a strengthening four Consciousnesses important speech caused a strong reaction in the country. 　　Time, watching red treasure, the origin of building the party back to power, how to strengthen services for the masses, improve party cohesion, fighting to become the grass-roots party members and masses hot topic.
