1.1生产部经理 岗位名称：生产部经理 直接上级：总经理 直接下级：剪床部主管、车缝车间主管、仓库主管； 本职工作：负责公司生产和物料的计划、调度、控制 直接责任： 在公司总经理领导下，建立健全统一的生产组织指挥系统，持续改进各项生产和物料管理制度，行使生产系统的行政指挥权，对生产进度、产品质量的结果责任; 制订本部门的周和月度工作计划的编制及日生产计划的下达，并研究解决计划执行过程中发现的问题，确保计划达成; 生产系统主管、班组长、职能管理人员绩效考核及人事任免，员工3天以内假期，主管、职能管理人员请假的审批；员工处罚单的审批; 生产货期、产品质量的监督；各主管之间关系的协调；与其它部门关系的协调; 严格控制生产过程中的合理损耗，降低生产成本，定期组织检查各车间部门现场管理及安全文明生产情况; 负责对员工进行培训工作,提高员工工作技能和综合素质; 负责对员工进行思想教育工作,保持员工队伍稳定; 定期主持召开生产周例会、生产调度会，督促与指导各项工作; 负责机器设备的维修和维护的管理; 对下属执行公司的各项规章制度的结果负责; 生产部办公用品购买的审批; 及时完成公司交办的其他任务; 对生产部工作作的结果负责； 要对本部门的商业机密负责。 主要权力素质要求 相关。良好的沟通语言表达能力。诚实、正直，有团队意识。；； 良好的沟通能力。 车缝的做工、线头、针工、布次、色差、污渍等漏检严重失职须承担相应责任素质要求 相关。新款检验前，核对该款工艺单和的责任100%检验对不合格的责成相关责任组（人）进行返工将每日情况报告以便及时解决生产质量问题素质要求 相关 严格按照生产工艺和检验标准进行产品检验； 不断进行操作技能、检验标准学习，提高对内衣车缝的做工、线头、针工、布次、色差、污渍等漏检严重失职须承担相应责任素质要求 相关 生产部的岗位职责 文件编号/版次： including incentives to ensure the achievement of the quality objectives.
