In the current period of economic restructuring, strengthening and the legislation of the protection of the rights and interests of small shareholders, improve our corporate governance structure so as to enhance the protection of rights and interests of small shareholders and restore the confidence of in small and medium-sized shareholders and enthusiasm to facilitate smooth flow of the investment funds and promote diversity, guiding investors concerned about the company operations, thereby improving the companys management structure to achieve management objectives and promote the healthy and orderly development of the economy.
