58例子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者的围手术期护理探讨 　　摘要：目的 探析伴有糖尿病的子宫肌瘤患者在围手术期的有效护理措施。方法 择取我可是在过去4年内接诊的接诊的110例伴有糖尿病的子宫肌瘤患者，并按照围术期护理模式的不同将患者进行分组，将其中实施一般性护理措施的52例患者记为常规组，将其中实施系统性干预护理的58例患者记为干预组。结果 在各观察项目上比对，干预组58例患者具有明显的优势（P0.05）；常规组患者与干预组患者在遵医行为上比对，干预组患者同样具有明显的优势（P0.05）。结论 临床对伴有糖尿病的子宫肌瘤患者实施系统性的干预护理措施对于改善患者的预后具有非常重要的意义。 　　关键词：子宫肌瘤；糖尿病；护理 　　Study of 58 Cases of Myoma of Uterus in Patients with Diabetes in Peri Operation Period Nursing 　　FENG Song-lan 　　（Sangzhi County Peoples Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine，Zhangjiajie 427000，Hunan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective Analysis of diabetic patients with uterine fibroids in the effective nursing measures of peri operation period. Methods 110 cases of patients with diabetes but take my patients in the past 4 years， the patients with uterine fibroids， and in accordance with the perioperative nursing mode of patients were grouped， which will be the implementation of general nursing measures of 52 patients recorded as routine group， which will be the implementation of systematic nursing intervention in 58 patients remember to intervention group. Results The ratio of the observed in the project， the intervention group and 58 patients with obvious advantage （P0.05）； control group patients and the patients in the intervention group compliance comparison， also has the obvious advantage in intervention group （P0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention measures to implement the system of diabetic patients with uterine fibroids clinical has very important significance for improving the prognosis of patients. 　　Key words：Uterine fibroids； diabetes； nursing 　　子宫肌瘤作为一种临床妇科常见的良性肿瘤，一般在手术治疗后都可以取得较为理想的治疗效果。但若对伴有糖尿病的患者进行手术，患者则可能会因手术、麻醉等的刺激，而产生各种全身性的慢性并发症，从而严重影响患者手术治疗的效果，更有甚者可能会导致患者死亡[1]。因此，对此类患者予以围术期的有效护理措施，对于提高手术效果、改善患者预后均具有重要意义。此次我科室就过去4年内接诊的58例伴有糖尿病的子宫肌瘤患者予以了围术期的系统性干预护理措施，取得了理想的效果，现报道如下。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 择取我科室在2009年3月～2013年3月收治的110例伴有糖尿病的子宫肌瘤患者，全部患者均经临床明确诊断为子宫肌瘤且也符合糖尿病的相关诊断标准。所有患者均接受手术治疗（经腹子宫次、全切除术以及全切除术复合患侧附件切除术），并按照围术期护理模式的不同，将110例患者进行分组。将其中52例实施一般性
