工人入场安全教育(安全方针原则) 教育目的 为规范建筑工人安全操作程序，消除和控制劳动过程中不安全行为、预防安全事故，确保操作人员的生命安全，坚持“安全第一、预防为主”的方针，要求从业人员严格遵守各项规章制度。 教育难点 一、控制：l、不满18周岁的未成年从事建筑施工作业；2、无身份证人员进入施工现场；3、没有文化和不识字的人员进入施工。 二、加强：1、接受安全教育培训、考试合格后、方可上岗作业；2、特种作业人员必须经过专门培训并考试合格，获得全国或北京市特种作业操作证。学徒工，必须办理学习证、在监护人的指导下操作。严禁无证操作。 教育方法 釆用多媒体等多种多样方法宣讲有关法律法规、安全操作规章制度，演示事故案例及建筑施工现场安全生产知识。 教育时间 半小时～一小时 预期效果 通过教育，使工人熟悉施工现场及要求，掌握本工种安全生产操作规章制度。 教育过程 组织工人到会议室（或去现场），釆取提问式了解工人掌握安全知识程度，然后有针对性的教育。 本教案采用幻灯形式 button.
