淮北师范大学 2013届学士学位论文 论内部审计在企业管理中的地位和作用 院别、专业 经济学院 、会计学专业 研 究 方 向 内部审计 学 生 姓 名 学 号 指导教师姓名 指导教师职称 教授 2013年 09 月 18 论内部审计在企业管理中的地位和作用 摘要 在经济体制转轨的过程中，现代企业运行的内部条件和外部环境都发生了深刻变化，经营业务日趋复杂, 建立在计划经济体制上的审计监督体制自然不能完全适应改革过程中出现的新的市场经济模式的要求, 而内部审计扩展到企业内部控制制度的审计是我国现代审计的要求。为此, 应加强对企业内部审计的管理，提高经济效益，实现其应有的地位和作用，才能使我国的经济快速融入世界经济大潮，并在市场竞争中处于不败之地。而本文是先通过阐述内部审计在我国企业管理中的现状，论证了内部审计的在企业管理中不可磨灭的力量所在以及其在企业中的不足之处，从而可以得出企业的内部审计对于企业长期、健康、稳定及和谐的发展发挥着很大的作用，在企业的各项活动之中占据着较为重要的位置，而我国也应重视内部审计的发展，弥补其缺失，提高内部审计的地位，充分发挥其作用。 关键词 内部审计；企业管理；地位；作用 The internal audit of the position and function in enterprise management Abstract In the economic system transition process, the modern enterprise operation of the internal conditions and external environment have undergone profound changes, the business is getting more and more complicated, the establishment of the planned economy system audit supervision system natural cannot fully adapt to the reform in the process of the new market economy mode request, and internal audit expanded to the enterprise internal control system of audit is our country modern audit requirements. Therefore, we should strengthen the enterprise internal audit management, to improve the economic benefit and achieve its due position and function, to make our economy rapid integration into the world economy tide, and in the competition in the market in an invincible position.
