重庆大学2013届毕业研究生 就业及派遣离校工作实施办法 毕业研究生是国家有计划培养的高层次专门人才，做好毕业研究生就业工作关系到人才强国战略的实施，关系到广大人民群众的切身利益，关系到社会和谐稳定，关系到高等教育事业又好又快发展。根据教育部和重庆市教育委员会关于做好普通高校毕业生就业工作的有关精神，结合我校实际情况，制定本办法。 一、毕业研究生就业的原则和方针 第一条 毕业研究生就业工作要深入贯彻党的十七大精神，认真实施《就业促进法》。强化就业指导服务，抓好就业困难群体的援助帮扶工作。 第二条 毕业研究生就业工作要紧紧围绕促进国家经济发展和社会稳定的大局，与时俱进，采取积极有效的措施，建立“市场导向、政府调控、学校推荐、学生与用人单位双向选择”的就业机制。 第三条 学校鼓励和支持毕业研究生自主创业和面向基层就业。 二、毕业研究生毕业去向 研究生毕业时的去向分为就业、待就业和不就业。 第四条 毕业研究生就业主要有以下几种形式。 定向、委托培养毕业研究生按照合同规定回原定向、委托培养单位就业。 毕业研究生通过学校与用人单位签订正式就业协议书，领取就业报到证到用人单位就业（包含考取公务员及“选调生来打开），在登陆页面右上角“学生区域”，输入学号来查看自己的离校手续的办理情况，并在规定的时间内完清离校手续。 Learn General Secretary on two to learn a strengthening four Consciousnesses important speech caused a strong reaction in the country. 　　Time, watching red treasure, the origin of building the party back to power, how to strengthen services for the masses, improve party cohesion, fighting to become the grass-roots party members and masses hot topic.
