丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌体外混合培养对肠道致病菌的影响 [摘要] 本试验研究了丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌混合培养对肠道中沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌 、产气荚膜梭菌和大肠杆菌4种致病菌的影响。结果表明：丁酸梭菌对这4种菌均有明显的抑制作用，可使其菌落数下降3～5个数量级；鼠李糖乳杆菌可降低产气荚膜梭菌、沙门氏菌菌落数；丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌混合培养可使4种致病菌菌落数均下降3～4个数量级。 由此可见，两种菌混合培养对 4 种病原微生物的抑制无协同作用。 [关键词] 丁酸梭菌；鼠李糖乳杆菌；混合培养；肠道致病菌 [Abstract] This experiment was conducted to study the effects of the mixed culture of Clostridium butyricum and Lac- tobacillus rhamnosus on intestinal pathogens，including Salmonella gallinarum，Staphylococcus aureus，Clostridium perfrin- gens and Escherichia coli.The results showed that：the Clostridium butyricum significantly inhibited the number
