PLC自动装箱控制系统 前 言 板材自动包装系统是北新集团技术中心独立研制开发的一种用于板材的输送、堆垛、对齐、套箱、塑封、热合的全自动包装线。板材在成型后一般都需要包装，以避免受潮、暴晒或在运输过程中受到损坏。人工或半机械化包装　效率低下，而且损坏率特别高，本自动包装系统采用特殊的结构，不但提高了产品包装的效率，减轻了工人劳动强度，而且解决了一般自动装箱机生产线上存在的卡机、烂箱的弊端。板材自动包装系统包括方向校正装置、叠合装置、堆垛装置、机械手、装箱成箱装置、塑封装置和塑封热合装置。系统工作时，先将单块的板材叠合成二块，堆垛装置将板材堆垛至指定数量，然后进行对齐，将箱体套在板材上，并用塑封装置对箱体进行塑封，最后进入烘箱对塑封材料进行热收缩，冷却后即可入库。　板材自动包装线具有多路独立的分流、翻板、堆垛，经包装段汇流，再进入塑封段完成包装任务。本包装系统的自动化程度很高，整个流水线上基本可以实现无人操作，生产效率高，生产速度为40块/分钟，效益显著，而且设备机构简单，维修方便。其特点在于：控制系统采用先进的OMRON　Syamac　αPLC系统和Panasonic产品，多点位检测，整线全部采用软件互锁。具有极高的控制灵活性和高可靠性，工段过程控制，操作简单，故障处理方便、快速，满足现代化工业大生产的需要。板材自动包装系统可广泛用于石膏板、矿棉吸声板、建筑装饰板等各种轻质板材的工业自动化生产，具有广阔的应用前景。Abstract The mechanical components used in the design of electromagnetic valve, stacking machine, a replica machine, gas handle, such as mechanical control.
