基于JAVA的汽车抚州铭豪4S店售后管理系统的设计与实现 摘 要 随着改革开放的来临和中国加入 WTO 产生的经济刺激，我国的汽车产业得到了蓬勃的发展，并且逐渐成为了国民经济的重要的支柱产业。汽车市场中日益激烈的竞争，迫使汽车生产商将利润的增长重心放在了售后服务上，现在售后服务质量的好坏已成为了汽车制造商们在激烈的市场竞争中能否脱颖而出的关键。然而作为连接着汽车的生产和消费市场的桥梁—— 4S 店，它的售后服务环节还有着人才匮乏、服务理念差等问题，这已严重制约了抚州铭豪4S店乃至于整个产业的发展[1]。因此，建立有效的4S 店售后体系将帮助促进汽车 4S 店乃至于整个产业的蓬勃发展。 正是在这样的大环境下，本文着手于设计与开发出一套完备的抚州铭豪4S店售后管理工作系统，希望能够借此提高抚州铭豪4S店的运营的效率。本文采用的是软件工程思想，从系统的需求分析出发，对系统的功能与架构进行了详尽的探讨，并且认真比较了釆用的开发平台和体系架构，最终确定了基于 Java 的开发的方式[2]。与此同时，本文还对整个系统的数据大环境的构建与安全策略等等内容都进行了仔细分析，最终形成了整个铭豪4S店售后管理体系的设计与开发。 关键字：汽车抚州铭豪4S店，售后服务，Java Abstract With the reform and opening to stimulate the economy and Chinas accession to the WTO, Chinas auto industry has been booming, and gradually become an important pillar industry of national economy.Auto market growing competition, making the car maker will profit growth focus on after-sales service, the quality of after-sales service quality has become a carmaker in motivating a key link in the process of market competition.However, as a bridge that crosses from the car production and consumption market, auto 4 s shops, its after-sales service link, there are talent shortages, poor service concept, the mechanic technology level is low, has restricted the development of 4 s shops and even the whole car industry.Therefore, establish an effective auto 4 s inn after-sales service system will help to promote auto 4 s shops and even the vigorous development of the whole car industry.
