摘要 本设计规划设计了江宁市城市污水处理厂，其处理对象为城市污水,其处理水量，近期为9万m3,远期为13.5万m3。其进水水质：COD为380 mg/L，BOD150 mg/L，SS140 mg/L，NH4+-N为32mg/L ，TN为40 mg/L，TP5 mg/L ，处理后的污水要求处理达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》 GB 18918-2002 的一级标准B标准。 本设计采用活性污泥法对城市污水进行处理，设计中要求对城市污水进行脱氮除磷处理，通过对比分析，本设计选用卡鲁塞尔3000型氧化沟工艺。并在本设计中，要求氧化沟产生的剩余污泥稳定化，所以本设计中污泥处理不需要消化稳定，只需要对污泥进行减容处理。其污水处理工艺流程为：进水、细格栅、沉砂池、卡鲁塞尔3000氧化沟、终沉池、接触消毒池、出水。污泥处理工艺流程为：浓缩池、泥贮、脱水机房、污泥外运。 本设计完成了污水处理厂的处理构筑物的设计计算，污水处理厂的的平面布置及高程计算，以及污处理水厂总平面布置图，高程布置图，主要构筑物详图。 关键词：城市污水，污水处理，卡鲁塞尔3000型氧化沟，污泥处理 Abstract The design of urban sewage treatment plant in Jiangning.the treatment object is urban sewage, and the recent amount of water is 90000m3 and the forward amount of water is 135000m 3. The water quality are: COD:380 mg / L, BOD:150 mg / L, SS:140 mg / L, NH+4-N:32mg/L, TN:40 mg / L, TP:5 mg / L.the treated sewage must achieve urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard GB 18918-2002 of a grade B standard. This design adopts activated sludge process for treatment of urban sewage,and the design requirements are to remove nitrogen and phosphorus of urban sewage. Through comparative analyses, this design selects the carrousel 3000 type oxidation ditch process. In the design, the sludge stabilization is required for oxidation ditch, so the sludge process in this design does not need to achieve digesting stabilization. so it only needs to be treated by sludge. The waste water treatment process are: water, fine grille, sinking sand pool, Carrousel 3000 oxidation ditch, final settling tank, disinfection pool, water contact. The sludge treatment process are: the concentrated pool, mud storage, dewatering room, sludge sinotrans. This design completed the calculation of the design, layout and elevation calculation of sewage treatment plant, and sewage disposal plant general layout, elevation layout, layout of main construction material on detail structure of sewage treatment plant.
