多发肋骨骨折内固定临床应用比较 罗玉龙、苏鹏霄、李超峰 【摘要】 目的 总结体会。方法 对我院年月～200年月收治的例手术治疗的病人进行回顾性分析。结果 例病人均采用手术治疗，随访1～年。结论手术治疗病人的有效方法。【关键词】手术治疗 Abstract: Objective: To three different choices of internal fixation to cure multi-fractures of ribs. Methods: We have performed a retrospective study of 54 cases of multi-fractures of ribs from Feb,2005 to Feb,2008 in our hospital which use ordinary orthopedics plate，acetabular recontruction plate or synthetic resinous artificial bone. Result:fter internal fixation of all 54 cases, the condition of flail chest or mediastinal swaying disappeared, the function of respiration got well. Two years later, all 54 cases got well and went back to work. Conclusion: Internal fixation is a effective method to cure multi-fractures of ribs, but the three different choices have different advantages and disadvantages.
