本科毕业论文 题 目：国际贸易融资问题研究 姓 名：张志超 学 院：继续教育学院与职业教育学院 系： 专 业：国际经济与贸易 年 级：2007级秋 学 号：座机电话号码104626 指导教师（校内）：王永进 职称：讲师 指导教师（校外）： 职称： 2011年 08月 31 日 国际贸易融资问题研究 【摘要】 本文论述了目前我国国际贸易融资现状，提出了发展国际贸易融资的重要性及存在的问题，并力求找到一些有针对性的对策和措施，推动我国国际贸易融资发展，帮助我国外贸企业获得资金支持，达到稳定外需的目的。 随着我国对外贸易的快速发展，国际贸易融资规模逐年扩大。特别自2008年下半年以来，受国际金融危机影响，外贸企业资金周转普遍困难，国际贸易融资因具有高流动性、强时效性以及风险相对低的特点，成为国家支持外贸稳定发展而力推的金融工具。从2008年12月份开始，国家相关部门多次出台支持国际贸易融资的政策措施。国际贸易融资作为一种围绕国际贸易结算的各个环节开展的资金和信用融通活动。既能缓解外贸企业融资难问题．又能推动银行业务的拓展，对银企双方都有着积极的影响。据世界银行估计，全球80％的国际贸易都需要融资，目前，全球国际融资缺口达3000亿美元，我国国际贸易约占全球贸易总额的8％，融资缺口将达到240亿美元左右．在当前全国对外贸易企稳回升的良好态势下，进一步加大国际贸易融资的支持力度，将有效减少金融危机造成的负面影响，使对外贸易走上增长轨道。 【关键词】国际贸易融资　问题　对策　　This paper discusses the present financing of international trade in China current situation, put forward the development of international trade financing and the importance of the problems, and seeks to find some countermeasures and measures, promote our country international trade finance development, help Chinas foreign trade enterprises to obtain financial support, to achieve the purpose of stabilizing external demand. With the rapid Chinese foreign trade,international trade financing,the scale has expanded each year. Particularly since the second half of 2008, by the international financial crisis, the foreign trade enterprise capital turnover generally difficult financing of international trade, because of its high mobility, strong timeliness and risk is relatively low, become a national support for foreign trade and stable development and pushing the financial tools.
