No same technology or product is in the open status. The open status means that the people can know it in a legal way. It is related to the knowledge of this technology or product. But it is not completely the same 新颖性是指，在申请日之前，该技术或产品应该是新的，没有同样的技术或产品处于公开的状态。处于公开的状态，表示人们可以合法地得知，和该技术或产品是否被得知有关系，但不是完全等同的。 .
