安徽广播电视大学本科毕业论文 JAC仓储库位管理存在的主要问题及解决对策 姓 名： 张 军 学?? 号： 1134001200056 专?? 业： 工商企业管理 指导教师：? 李 强 摘 要 随着江淮乘用车事业稳步发展，轿车、商务车市场保有量的逐年增加，截至2012年末市场保有量83万辆，商务车约有50万辆、轿车市场约有33万辆，市场售后备件业务也随着市场保有量增加呈逐年上升趋势，但制约江淮备件中心库长期发展的瓶颈也逐渐显现，主要方面在于江淮新车型、整改件、出口件等不断的增加，导致整个仓储库位无法存储、库位严重不足，已经趋向爆仓的现象。本文主要从江淮备件库库位运作的现状入手，同时对仓储管理系统(WMS)运作中的库位进行分析，从而提出JAC库位管理存在主要问题及对策。 关键词：货位管理， 问题分析， 解决对策 Abstract With steady development of JAC passenger car business, cars, commercial vehicles market ownership increased year by year, by the end of 2012 the market has 830000 cars, commercial vehicles, about 500000, about 330000 sedan market, market after-sale spare parts business also increases along with the markets upward trend year by year, but the bottleneck restricting the development of JAC central long-term spare parts also gradually revealed, the main aspects in JACnew models, such as pieces of rectification, export increases unceasingly, cause the entire warehouse status should not be stored, inadequate location, have phenomena of detonation storehouse. This article mainly starts with the current situation of JACspare parts warehouse location operation, at the same time on the operating location in the warehouse management system (WMS) were analyzed, and thus puts forward JAC location management exist the main problems and countermeasures.
