ＸＸ运输有限责任公司 XX年安全教育培训计划 为了加强和规范公司安全宣传和教育培训工作，不断提高全司员工安全生产意识和安全素质，增强安全生产法制观念，实现安全生产，文明生产，增强安全操作技能，有力推动我司ＸＸ年度的安全生产基层基础建设、安全生产标准化建设和企业安全文化建设，保障安全生产工作有序开展，依据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、国家安监总局《生产经营单位安全培训规定》（国家安全生产监督管理总局2006年3号令）、《关于进一步加强企业安全生产工作的通知》（国发〔2010〕23号）、《旅客运输企业安全管理规范》（交运发〔2012〕33号）等安全生产法律、法规，结合公司实际，特拟定公司2013年度安全宣传和教育培训工作计划如下： 一、教育培训目标 通过安全教育培训，各级主要负责人和安全生产管理人员熟练掌握国家安全生产法律法规和标准规范，具备与所从事的生产经营活动相适应的安全生产知识和管理能力；从业人员熟悉国家安全生产法律法规、企业有关安全生产规章制度和安全操作规程，具备必要的安全生产知识，掌握本岗位的安全操作技能，增强预防事故，控制职业危害和应急处理的能力，夯实公司安全生产教育基础。 --新聘用从业人员安全培训合格后上岗实现率达到100%； --企业全员接受安全培训达标率达到100%； --安全管理人员安全培训率达到100%； --生产经营单位主要负责人安全培训率达到100%； --特种作业人员培训率达到100%。 二、教育培训对象 新聘用从业人员（新进员工和客运车辆驾驶人）、公司在岗职工；客运车辆驾驶人。 三、教育培训内容 （一）各分子公司、经营单位、处室负责人安全教育培训的主要内容： 1、国家安全生产方针、政策和有关安全生产的法律、法规、规章及标准；安全生产管理基本知识、安全生产技术、安全生产专业知识；重大危险源管理、重大事故防范、应急管理和救援组织以及事故调查处理的有关规定；职业危害及其预防措施；国内外先进的安全生产管理经验；典型事故和应急救援案例分析；其他需要培训的内容。 自救互救、急救方法、疏散和现场紧急情况的处理； 安全设备设施、个人防护用品的使用和维护； stressed that promoting the comprehensive revitalization should focus on economic construction as the central focus with, pay special attention to grasp the implementation of five development concepts, deepening reform and promoting the all-round opening up, ensuring and improving peoples livelihood, strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, five priorities, play development mix.
