裕泰龙湖湾销售配合物业相关服务内容 为了做好裕泰龙湖湾项目销售配合工作，提升服务形象和物业服务品质，根据项目现场销售配合工作需要，结合实际，特制定和明确项目现场物业销售配合相关服务内容和检查标准并执行。 一、服务内容 1、园区主出入口迎宾服务：设置形象岗台和形象岗，2人/班，30分钟轮岗一次； 2、车辆引导和遮阳服务：引导客户车辆停放，并为需要的客户遮盖车辆； 3、电瓶车服务：将客户安全送达销售中心，并待命； 4、客户到达通知服务：客户到达后及时通知营销人员； 6、销售中心值班服务：引导客户，禁止其他闲杂人员进入销售中心； 7、销售中心吧台服务：为客人提供饮品、饼干等服务； 8、样板房管理接待服务：样板房日常管理、为客户提供鞋套、客户迎送等； 9、保洁服务：销售中心、样板间、景观大道、看房通道日常保洁； 10、物业管理业务咨询服务：为需要的客户提供物业管理咨询服务。 二、岗位设置和时间安排 1、礼宾形象岗2个：4人（园区入口、销售中心门口）（8:30-18:00）； 2、样板间管理岗：2人（8:30-18:00）； 3、电瓶车司机岗：2人（8:30-18:00）； 4、吧台服务员：2人（8:30-18:00）； 5、保洁员：5人（景观大道1人《7:00-11:00、14：30-18：00》、样板区1人《7:00-11:00、14：30-18：00》、样板间2人《7:00-10:00、其他巡视》、销售中心1人《7:00-9:00、其他巡视》）； 6、物业管理咨询岗：1人（兼）（8:30-18:00）。 三、工作要求： 1、入口形象岗（兼车辆引导）： （1）采取站立服务方式，在没有客户经过期间跨立站岗，每隔半小时进行轮换； （2）当客户来到正门前５－７米处立即半面转体，面向客户行举手礼，身体和目光随客户移动而转移，直至随行最后一名客户离开岗位７米开外方可恢复跨立执勤； （3）当客户车辆到达入口处由待命岗指引客户将车辆停放在车场停车位上，打开车门并引导客户乘坐电瓶车进入销售中心； （4）询问客户是否需要遮盖车辆，如有需要及时为车辆进行遮盖； （5）提醒勿留贵重物品于车内，离车时需将车窗车门锁闭，以免形成不安全隐患 practice activities implementation programme, and XX town party leadership party of mass line education practice activities rectification programme, and XX town carried out four wind aspects highlight problem special regulation implementation programme and XX town system construction plans,.
