本科毕业设计 题 目： 院图书馆设计 学 院： 土木工程学院 专 业： 土木工程（建筑工程） 摘要 本设计是南京职业技术学院图书馆，采用框架结构体系，主体建筑共5层，层高4.5m。建筑总面积7592.5平方米。 设计主要分建筑设计、结构设计和施工组织设计三部分。首先根据建筑的使用功能、环境条件和建筑要求等因素，结合房屋建筑学标准，对建筑平面、立面进行布置，确定建筑内部空间的分布以及各自的使用功能,进而绘制建筑施工图。结构设计部分，通过PKPM软件计算结构内力，并对电算得到的内力结果进行手算校核。确定框架的竖向恒载、活载以及水平风荷载，并考虑了地震荷载的作用用力矩分配法、剪力分配法、D值法以及弯矩、剪力、轴力三者的关系计算得到框架在上述荷载作用下的内力对内力进行组合，考虑地震作用，确定框架中构件的最不利受荷况，并依据最不利内力对梁柱进行配筋楼梯、基础手算设计。把手算部分得到的内力和配筋情况和PKPM电算结果进行比较，查看两者之间的差异，使结构设计更加合理可行。最后进行施工组织设计，确定具体的施工顺序及施工方法。 关键词：框架结构 建筑设计 结构设计 内力计算配筋 施工组织设计 Abstract This design is the library of Career Technical College in Nanjing, , and the main building has 5 floors, the height of each layer is 4.5m. The total construction area is 7592.5 square meters. This design work includes three parts: architectural design, structural design and construction organization design . According to the construction of the first use function, environmental conditions and construction requirements and other factors, combined with the standard of housing architecture, layout of the building plane, elevation, determine the distribution of interior space and functions, then drawing the construction plans of architecture. In the part of structure design, calculating the internal force through the PKPM software , and then compared it with the internal force calculation results calculated by hand. Hand calculation stress of a frame structure, in determining the framework of vertical dead load, live load and wind load, and considering the earthquake load, internal force calculation to get the load under the framework of moment distribution method, shear distribution method, D value method and the bending moment, shear, axial force of the three; the combination of internal force, and considering the earthquake action in the situation, determine the frame member of the worst load conditions, and on the basis of the most unfavorable combination of internal forces for reinforcement calculation of beam
