If I am not available, I will set another time for both of us. 教學目標： Project management is the concept to utilize effective techniques and knowledge to ensure a team project to complete within budget, on time, and with high quality as well as under safety consideration. This course presents the students a systematic introduction to project management by developing a project plan, identifying the essential elements of project scope management, and defining schedules and activities that particularly relate to specific domain-knowledge projects. Focuses on the fundamentals of financial and economic decision making for projects would be addressed with an emphasis on problem solving, resource allocation, and the time value of money. Course concentrations also cover activity sequencing, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, cost estimating, resource planning, budgeting, and cost control.
