浙江林学院本科专设置暂行规定

浙江林学院本科专业设置暂行规定 为加强对学校本科专业的建设与管理,形成专业设置管理的良好运行机制,促进学校的规模、结构、质量、效益协调发展,特制定本规定。 一、设置专业的基本原则应符合经济建设和社会发展需要,遵循教育规律,正确处理好需要与可能、数量与质量、近期与长远、局部与整体的关系、应有利于提高教育质量和办学效益,形成合理的专业结构和布局二、专业设置条件专业设置必须具备下列条件:1、符合学校发展规划,经过人才需求论证,年招生规模一般不少于60人2、有拟设专业建设规划和专业教学计划及相应的教学文件3、能配备完成专业教学计划所必需的教师队伍及教学辅助人员。4、具备专业必须的教学,如实验室及仪器设备、图书资料、实习等。三、专业设置申报程序本科专业设置以学院为单位统一申报。申请设置或调整专业(不包括教育部所颁目录外专业)程序如下:1、学院向教务处提出申请,领取申请表学院向教务处递交申请材料(含论证报告)。3、教务处组织审核4、校委员会评议5、学校向教育报送申报材料。递交申请报告必须同时附如下书面材料:1、拟设专业建设规划。2、拟设专业教学计划。3、申请表。参加论证的专家名单(一般不少于7人,其中校外专家不少于3人)。、其他补充材料。四、目录外专业设置目录外专业的设置和调整除须经我校组织专家进行论证外,还需由上级教育主管部门组织专家论证。申报目录外专业除满足前述条件外,还须递交如下书面材料:1、专业论证报告(设置该专业的必要性和可行性)拟设专业人才需求分析。拟设专业与国内外相关或相近专业的比较分析拟设专业的培养目标、业务范围、主干学科、基本课程、授予何种学位拟设专业的办学条件分析其他需要说明的情况。2、参加论证的专家名单(一般不少于7人,其中校外专家不少于3人)。3、专业介绍4、专家论证情况的原始记录。 五、本规定自发之日起,教务处。 专业建设与改造,人才培养模式设计,教学内容和课程体系建设与改革,教学方法改革等方面学校层次定位、服务面向定位既充分考虑社会人才需求现又适度前瞻conferences, learned superiors policies; reports, you can learn to deal with problems, art, just wanted to learn, to learn at any time.
