Positive Material Identification (PMI) Procedure Specification 原材料识别工艺说明 (PMI Procedure) 1. Application 应用： (1). PMI shall be Performed for all alloy materials used for Pressure Vessels, shell and Tube Exchangers, Towers. 所有合金材料制的压力容器，管壳式换热器，塔等应实施PMI。 (2). PMI shall be Performed on Vessel (including Exchangers) Head and shell Plates, nozzle, flanges, materials for internal and external attachments, channel plates, Tubesheets, manhole nozzle plates. Deposited weld metals, cladding and weld overlay, other parts maybe identified at the discretion of the Owner. 应对容器(包括换热器)封头和壳体板，接管，法兰，内外连接件，管箱板，管板，人孔接管板，熔敷的焊缝金属，复层和堆焊，以及买方指定的其它零件实施PMI。 2.
