出口退税对我国机电产业的影响 内 容 摘 要 出口退税自实行以来对于调整我国的出口起到了很大的作用，特别是对我国机电产业的发展有着重要影响。我国的改革开放和经济发展促使出口退税政策进行了多次的调整，出口退税政策的不断完善对我国的出口产品也有促进作用，实际上出口退税政策也是随着国家的经济发展不断的完善和规范。而机电产业作为我国的主导产业，近年来的出口增长速度也非常快速，已经连续8年成为我国的大宗出口产品，在我国外贸出口中的地位举足轻重，机电产业出口的持续、稳定、快速增长为全国外贸出口增长和国民经济健康发展做出了重要贡献。机电产业产品出口的快速增长不仅得益于大量国外跨国公司机电生产企业向中国市场的转移，更与我国“科技兴贸”政策的实施、国家对机电相关产业在贷款、保险、出口退税等方面的鼓励与扶持政策密不可分。本文着重研究出口退税政策对我国机电产业的影响。 关键词：出口退税、机电产品、产业结构 The impact on Chinas export tax rebates and Electrical Industry ABSTRACT Since the adjustment of the export tax rebate has been in a very significant role in Chinas export Kai. especially in terms of Chinas mechanical and electrical products are inextricably linked.
