The factors include bamboo species, orientation of bamboo lamina, and thickness of laminated bamboo. Japanese cedar lumber was used as flange materials. Bamboo member was laminated in either vertical or horizontal directions to from the thickness of 0.6, 1.8, and 3.0 cm.
