2007学年第二学期教务处总结 一个学期加强教学。各教研组均按学校要求对教师进行定期检查，平时进行个别抽查。教学目标是否落实教学重难点是否清楚教学过程是否清晰教学手段是否得到合理运用师生之间有效的互动有没有体现教师在课后有没有反思与重建绝大部分教师备课认真，加强课堂教学管理。本学期教务处进行不定期的课堂教学情况巡视检查，对检查情况登记备案作为教师教学考勤的一个依据。及时公布考勤情况，使每个教师能及时了解出勤情况。加强教学秩序管理。由于我校班级、师资场地器材等限制，在排课时碰到很多困难。但教务处还是克服了各种困难，合理地安排功课，使有限的教学资源得到最大限度的利用。由于校会议多导致教师外出频繁这就需要大量调课。对教师上课考勤的工作量也是很大的。但教务处把该工作抓细抓实，对教师的请假、调课都能及时安排，全学期无出现一节因教务处原因而造成乱班现象，保持教学秩序。考试、考务工作管理，端正考风，严肃考纪。学期考试次数多有高考、职高会考、期中、期末考由于班级多、课程多，考试安排难度大，教务处对每次考试都本着认真负责的态度，及早就对考试作了合理安排，使工作做到充分而周到。　学籍管理。由于学籍学籍管理我校转学、休学、复学的其工作量大。学籍管理学籍档案。教学质量能力1、我们重视学生的成绩，强化学生的专业技能训练和文化科的基础知识的掌握。利用课余的时间、周末时间对学生进行免费辅导，对期中、期末的考试规定了试卷的难度值，强调双基的落实。 2、加强学科会考。本学期会考学科有、学科会考、加强技能考共有个工种人次参加。我们老师辅导　认真学习新，　　采取各种措施积极鼓励教师外出参加教科研学习活动，本学期共计人次温州市级次，瑞安市次。要求外出学习的教师写好记录稿并带回资料，将记录稿备案，以备其他教师查询，返校后在教研组交流，以求共同提高教师的教研教学能力。加强管理Innovation, the key is to play the leading role of innovation in the innovation of science and technology.
