浅析我国旅行社营销中存在的问题及对策

二十一世纪竞争的第一要素是服务。随着服务业的蓬勃兴起,服务营销学的广泛传播和运用将是市场营销发展的必然趋势。在经历了价格战阶段后,旅行社行业处于同质化的状态,旅行社要提高自己的竞争力,就必须能为顾客提供最好的服务,能比竞争对手提供更多的让渡价值。因此,旅行社企业必须研究服务营销。现在服务营销在旅游业中所起的作用比以往任何时候都重要。目前我国旅行社业行业利润率普遍偏低,其主要原因就是旅行社缺乏服务营销的理念与策略。同时由于旅行社对旅游服务的理解和使用范围还相对狭窄,造成了旅行社服务功能和产品品种单一的现状;另一方面旅行社为争取利润就降低服务标准,又造成了顾客投诉多、满意度低的状况,这极大地影响旅行社行业整体利润的提高及其长远发展。特别是我国加入WTO后,旅游市场逐步开放,对处于发展中的中国旅行社造成很大的冲击。我国旅行社普遍缺乏国际竞争力,面对新的竞争形势和挑战,旅行社必须重新审视所面临的市场环境,以便制定正确的营销措施;必须研究旅游服务及其规律,树立全面的服务营销观念,进而根据每个旅游企业的内外环境的特点,正确地制定和运用旅游服务营销策略来提高自身的竞争力。由此可见,研究旅行社服务营销问题,对提高旅行社的营销水平和竞争力,应对国际旅行社的挑战是很有必要的,具有重要的意义。 individual grantBusiness development, Head Office of qilu Bank personal credit risk management guidelines are issued to you, please carefully study and implement.
