*******工程 原水泥混凝土路面 钻孔注浆处理施工方案 编制： 审核： 审批： 目 录 一、工程概况 - 1 - 二、施工工艺 - 1 - 三、施工质量控制 - 4 - 四、资源配置 - 6 - 五、安全文明施工 - 7 - *******工程 原水泥混凝土路面钻孔注浆专项施工方案 一、工程概况 1、基本情况 荷塘大道西起新华东路，东至沪昆高速公路出入口连接线，全长约4.2km。其主线为原S211上瑞高速东联络线，扩建工程以该联络线为基础，道路两侧新建绿化带、非机动车道及人行道，道路路幅扩建至60m宽，并完善道路附属公共设施。在设计图纸中明确提出在沥青加铺层施工前，要先对现有水泥路面破损、断板等病害按规范要求进行处理。 根据荷塘大道原有水泥混凝土路面弯沉评定结果显示不符合设计要求的路面水泥混凝土板块均需要对其进行钻孔注浆处理。 2、主要设计工程量 根据荷塘大道现有水泥混凝土路面弯沉评定显示弯沉值不达标的水泥混凝土板需要进行处理。总注浆量以现场施工记录为准。 3、计划工期 根据总体施工组织设计安排，本工程我部计划右幅于2013年3月15日开始，左幅于2013年5月15日结束。 二、施工工艺 1、注浆孔布置 根据荷塘大道原有水泥混凝土路面弯沉试验结果对需要做钻孔注浆的混凝土板进行确认和编号，并做好标记。然后在每块板上按照如图示布置方式进行钻孔布置。 注浆孔布置图 注：①图中标注尺寸单位均为cm。 ②d为注浆孔直径，L为混凝土板长度，b为混凝土板宽度。 ③可根据现场浆液灌注情况适当调整注浆布置孔参数。 2、钻孔 根据注浆孔布置位置正确安放钻机，钻机采用混凝土钻孔取芯机 urban area 2.5.2 Yibin city in Yibin city, according to resource and environment characteristics Urban population and urban spatial distribution, spatial distribution of industries, major infrastructure Corridor layout, combined with the future development trend of synthetic judgments, planning, urban spatial structure of urban system can be summarized as: a pole along the two axes.
