CA6140车床拨叉夹具设计 学 院 专 业 年级班别 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 2014年6月摘 要 拨叉是一类典型零件，在许多变速机构中都有应用。CA6140车床的拨叉位于车床变速机构中，主要起换档，使主轴回转运动按照工作的要求工作，获得所需的速度和扭矩的作用。在了解该零件在产品中的作用、结构特点后，再结合零件的生产纲领、生产组织等有关信息及工艺规程和工序的具体技术要求。为了使工件达到规定的尺寸、几何形状以及位置精度等技术要求，在加工前必须将工件装好夹牢。本文就是对CA6140车床的拨叉夹具的设计，首先根据拨叉的加工要求、定位基准和外力的作用状况等因素，确定定位方式和定位元件的结构、形状、尺寸及布置形式等。在机械加工过程中，拨叉会受到切削力、离心力、惯性力和重力等的作用。为了保证在这些外力作用下，拨叉仍然能在夹具中由定位元件确定加工位置，而不至于发生振动和位移，本文设置一定的夹紧装置将拨叉可靠夹牢。最后设计出夹具体将夹具上的各种装置和元件连接成一个整体，并通过它将夹具安装到机床上。根据拨叉的加工特点、尺寸大小，各种元件的结构和布局、夹具与机床的连接方式的影响，确定夹具体的结构形状及尺寸大小。 关键词：CA6140车床拨叉，夹具设计，定位，夹紧 Abstract The shifting fork is a kind of typical parts, having been applied in many variable speed gears. CA6140 lathe’?shifting fork is?in?the speed change mechanism, Its function?mainly is shifting and making the?spindle motion work in accordance with the requirements of the work to obtain the desired?speed and?torque. In the understanding of the parts’ product?function and structure?characteristics, we combine them with the?specific?parts’ production program and production organization and other relevant?information and process?procedures and processes.
