毕业设计(论文) 题 目 水性环氧乳化沥青 混合料性能研究 专 业 材料科学与工程 班 级 0801 学 生 曹 野 指导教师 赵 可 重庆交通大学 2012年 摘 要 随着我国道路网络的不断延伸，道路交通量急剧增加，公路路面的养护工作日趋严峻，路面养护急需不受气候条件限制的高性能修补材料，而水性环氧乳化沥青混合料作为一种优良的修补材料，能在常温下对路面进行快速修补。本文介绍了水性环氧乳化沥青制备过程，并通过对水性环氧乳化沥青胶结料的各组分比例以及集料的级配进行优化，对水性环氧乳化沥青混合料的强度、水稳定性、高温稳定性、抗折性能等进行了实验研究,证明了水性环氧乳化沥青混合料的优良性能，并根据具体的性能参数确定了水性环氧沥青在道路交通领域的可应用性。 关键词 环氧沥青混合料，环氧树脂，乳化沥青，性能 ABSTRACT Along with the extension of road network and the increase of volume of traffic, the maintenance work is becoming more and more severe. materials which is not limited by the climate condition of high performance is serious needed. As a kind of excellent repair materials, waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt mixture can repair the pavement rapidly at normal temperature . This paper introduces the preparation process of water borne epoxy asphalt emulsion ,the optimization of the component ratio of waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt binder and aggregate gradation. And the test of waterborne epoxy asphalt mixture’s strength, water stability, high temperature stability and flexural properties proved that the epoxy resin has excellent performance.all of these show that the aqueous epoxy asphalt would have wide application in traffic field.
