区段切除术对非哺乳期乳腺炎的治疗效果研究 秦悦农，孙霃平，陈莉颖 (上海中医药大学附属龙华医院乳腺科，上海 200032?) 通讯地址:上海市宛平南路725号 [摘要]目的 探析区段切除术在非哺乳期乳腺炎治疗中的效果及临床价值。方法 回顾性分析区段切除手术治疗56例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的临床资料，总结治疗手段、疗效和复发情况。结果 56例中，左侧乳腺炎29例，右侧26例，双侧1例；年龄18-54岁，平均33.8±1.2岁白细胞增高5例（8.9%）接受细菌培养29例，发现细菌感染3例（10.3%）乳头凹陷或发育不良者本20例（35.7%）接受钼靶摄片14例，6例怀疑为乳腺癌（42.9%）切口拆线一期愈合51例，切口张力较大延迟愈合3例2例手术失败再次手术，1例再次手术后一期愈合，另1例采用中医敞开换药直至愈合。随访无复发，所有患者对外观相对满意。结论 非哺乳期乳腺炎多为非细菌感染，区段切除术在非哺乳期乳腺炎患者中安全性好，手术成功率高，术后恢复情况较佳。 [关键词] 区段切除；非哺乳期乳腺炎； Explore the effects of segment resection in patients with non lactation mastitis treatment Qin Yuenong, sun yan ping, li-ying Chen (mammary gland of longhua hospital affiliated to Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine, Shanghai 200032) [Abstract] Objective To explore effects of segment resection in patients with non lactation mastitis treatment.Method Retrospectively analyzed 56 patients with non lactation mastitis treated by segment resection surgery.Conclusion the curative effect and recurrence..Results All patients were segment resection,56 cases on the left side of the 29 cases,26 cases on the right side, double side 1 case; Age 18 to 54 years old, average (33.8±1.2).Patients of leucocyte heighten in 5 cases8.9% (5/56),accept the germiculture 29 cases,found that bacterial infection 3 cases10.3% (3/29),the disease inverted nipple or dysplasia of 20 cases35.7% (20/56), group treated with molybdenum target radiography in 14 cases,6 cases of suspected42.9% (6/14) for breast cancer,; Take out stitches incision primary healing 51 cases,larger tension of incision delayed union in 3 patients,2 cases of surgery failure again,1 case of primary healing after surgery again,another 1 case with open treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to heal.Follow-up, no recurrence of relatively satisfactory appearance,all the patients.Conclusion The lactation mastitis is a bacterial infection, Segment resection in patients with non lactation mastitis in good safety, high success rate of surgery, postoperative recovery.
