The unit is designed to ensure complete dispersion and dissolution of solid grade flocculants in water without the formation of lumps. 1.2 Duty The 300T Auto Jetwet is capable of preparing 3000 litres per hour of solution at up to 0.5% w/v concentration (depending on the molecular weight of the polymer). 1.3 Operation Principle Solid grade flocculant is fed from a storage hopper via a constant rate, volumetric screw feeder into an air stream from a blower.
