Vacuum TOC out of Specification(10ppb); Material Lab takes Responsible to fix the issue CDA The city power supply HV line 1 is unstable ,it cut off on Dec 30 2006 The distribution panel board are dusty, need to be cleaned in Spring Festival. Power supply All the key data can be kept in control limit . Due to low control speed on the FFU monitoring software ,it cause impact on the control to all FFU during input data status feedback, this problem has been added into the punch list. Cleanroom Status The main machine run normally , need pipe flushing in Spring festival. Chiller The cooling water is still dirty ,it will need to be changed with clean water.
