摘要 作为世界上最大的发展中国家和发达国家，中美两国在经济结构、产业结构、资源条件及消费水平等各方面存在着较大差异，两国发展贸易具有很强的互补性。然而近年来，美国持续的贸易逆差却使中美贸易摩擦愈演愈烈，在某种特定背景下，它可能会成为中美政治经济恶化的触媒。因此，分析中美贸易现状，探究贸易摩擦出现的原因，找出相应的解决对策并对以后可能出现的发展趋势加以预测，这对维持良好的中美政治经济关系，改善中国在全球政治经济中的地位有重要作用。 关键词：中美贸易摩擦；贸易现状；摩擦原因；贸易对策研究 summary The L/C as international trade of a kind of important mode of payment ,the payment is not the fist time that the delivery of buyers and sellers ,when they in the performance of the contract is in the same position.This makes buyers and sellers on certain level to rediscover the “gang of money on delivery” with the exchange of security , so as to solve the contradiction between the two mutual distrust , at the same time ,it provides for both import and export financing convenience.However, that the L/C be global trade circulation of the reasons are: L/C in actual operation followed in the operation principle of independent abstraction. But as the L/C abstraction characteristic of oneself and independent of the legislation is not perfect , make its appear in real business all kinds of questions , and the “soft” clause of the biggest influence on trade issues. L/C terms often makes the beneficiary of the software can’t based on L/C provisions for negotiation. The existence of the soft terms of L/C , and the L/C beneficiary damage the lawful rights and interests of the serious impact on the L/C in international trade settlement in the position and role .Therefore , This paper mainly analyses the terms of the L/C soft risk and its preventive measures , fist respectively expounds the L/C and the terms of the L/C this soft; Secondly analyzes the influence of the L/C terms risk; At last ,the paper introduce the soft terns of risk prevention measures .Hope that though this paper for understanding the L/C terms and perfect the system of soft L/C to some.
